DELIVERY
We offer delivery to Mondial Relay collection points for purchases over €90!
Delivery in 2/3 days, Colissimo with signature costs €7.50 and is free for purchases over €120.
24-hour express delivery* to mainland France costs €17.52
* Order placed from Monday to Friday: if you place your order before noon you will be delivered the next day, otherwise the day after.
Order placed on Saturday or Sunday: your order will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

You will know the delivery price after having entered your address as well as the desired delivery method.
From Monday to Friday noon, your package is prepared within 24 hours of your order.
For any order placed between Friday noon and Sunday inclusive, your package is prepared the following Monday.
In mainland France, Corsica and Belgium:
You must then allow 1 to 2 days if you have opted for delivery with Colissimo tracking. If you have opted for express delivery: for any order placed from Monday to Friday before noon, you will be delivered the next day, otherwise the day after. For any order placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Outside mainland France, Corsica and Belgium:
Packages are shipped from France. Your package will be delivered according to the usual delivery times between France and your geographical area.
1/ Metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium:
. Delivery to a relay point near you in 2/3 days thanks to Mondial Relay.
. Tracked delivery in 2/3 days, with signature - Colissimo de la Poste.
. Express delivery tracked within 24 hours*, with signature - we work with different service providers: Chronopost, UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD.
2/ Outside mainland France, Corsica and Belgium:
. Tracked delivery in 3/4 days - with signature.
. Express delivery tracked within 48 hours*, with signature - we work with different service providers: Chronopost, UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD.
* Order placed from Monday to Friday: if you place your order before noon you will be delivered the next day, otherwise the day after.

It is possible to change your delivery address within 15 minutes of placing your order*. Make the request by email to support@urbancircus.fr.

RETURNS
The products must not have been worn outside the fitting, washed or damaged and the cardboard label must not have been removed.
It is possible to return your purchases during 30 days following their delivery. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The shipping costs for returns are free for Metropolitan France and Corsica, via a return label that we send to you by email.
For other territories, they are your responsibility.

We will refund you within 10 working days after receipt of your package on our premises.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.
We will re-credit the account through which the payment was made.
The kraft pouches you receive are reusable. There is a tab that you can pull to close the pouch and return your package.
OUR CLOTHES
In order to choose the size best suited to your body shape, we invite you to consult our size guide available on all our product pages.
You can wash our products without fear. Pollution and city traffic can be dirty and alter the reflective surface.

Our products are manufactured in the south-east of China in the province of Jiangxi, in a workshop of a hundred people with whom we have collaborated since our beginnings.
