- We process and send your orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after noon, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return without fear, it's free in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Germany and it's very simple!
Return shipping costs are our responsibility in mainland France and Corsica, as well as Germany*. In other territories they are your responsibility.
We usually accept returns for 30 days from the date your order was paid.
Make sure that the products have not been worn outside of the fitting, washed or damaged and that their cardboard label has not been removed.
*We cover the return costs once in those territories. For any additional requests, the costs will be at your expense.

We will send you by return email the return label to stick on your package (for mainland France and Corsica).
2) Prepare the package:
. Make sure that the products have not been worn outside of the fitting, washed or damaged and that their cardboard label has not been removed.
. Stick the return label sent by email (for Metropolitan France and Corsica).
. The return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt or a handwritten note with the order number.
3) Ship your package:
Don't forget to collect your stamped deposit voucher and keep it well.
4) We reimburse you:

The refund is made using the same means of payment that was used for the transaction - unless you indicate otherwise!
