Customer Service Assistant / Customer Success Manager (HF) Reading INTERN/ALTERNATE IN TEXTILE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION MONITORING 2 minutes

Urban Circus is a French brand that designs technical and stylish clothing to support new modes of urban mobility.

Our ambition: to reconcile functionality and aesthetics , by designing clothing adapted to urban travel while asserting a strong visual signature.

We design innovative products, inspired by the city and designed for everyday uses.

MISSIONS

You will join the production team and actively participate in product development and manufacturing monitoring for our collection intended for the general public (B2C) and for specific projects for our professional clients (B2B).

Our products incorporate technical materials, functional cuts and a strong design bias.

From the creation phase to production, you will be responsible for the proper coordination of the development stages , ensuring the technical conformity of the products.

Your main missions:

  • Creation of technical files with technical drawings on Illustrator
  • Monitoring of prototyping with our suppliers in Asia and in the Europe/Near Import zone
  • Field tests and user feedback to refine products
  • Validation of prototypes and series heads
  • Creation of product presentations for B2B clients
  • Design of labels , composition labels and hangtags
  • Production monitoring and validation with suppliers
  • Updating the material library
  • Negotiation of production conditions (quantities, prices, deadlines)
  • Order tracking and quality control
  • Ensures the proper application of the quality charter
  • Administrative management tasks : creation of references, logistics monitoring, resolution of supplier disputes

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Student at the end of a course in textiles, textile engineering or fashion/production
  • Autonomous, curious, and able to take initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of textile techniques and interest in functional products
  • Fluency in French and English , both written and spoken
  • Good command of Adobe Illustrator / InDesign and Excel software
  • Rigor, organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • An interest in urban mobility, cycling or outdoor sports is a plus

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • Full-time internship (minimum 6 months) or work-study , subject to a schedule compatible with the team
  • Compensation: according to profile
  • Location: Paris 18th
  • Start: from August 2025
